You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. 999bk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify 999bk's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
999bk reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 999bk may result in Account restrictions or closure.
999bk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All PKR transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. 999bk does not charge additional fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's own transaction fees may apply independently.

Upon receipt of a closure request, 999bk will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining Real Money Funds balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and wagering conditions on any active bonuses. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
999bk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) 999bk is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority; (c) the Player's conduct poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players; or (d) 999bk determines, at its sole discretion, that continuation of the Account relationship is not in the best interests of the Platform.
Upon termination of your Account, your licence to access and use the Platform is immediately revoked. You must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Any outstanding Real Money Funds balance at the time of termination will be dealt with in accordance with the circumstances of the termination and the applicable laws and regulations in effect at that time.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which 999bk holds its international gaming authorisation.
